Meet the Teacher
Flags: flexpage,
My name is Felissa Lane, and I am so pleased to announce that I am your child’s teacher for the upcoming school year! I hope you all had a fun and relaxing summer with your family and are ready to get back into the school year routine.
A little bit about me:
I have been married to my husband, David, for 26 years and together we have four children. All of my children have been, or currently are, in the Council Rock School District. My daughter, Kaitlyn, graduated from Temple University with her degree in Speech and Language Pathology. My daughter, Gillian, is currently attending Bucks County Community College and is pursuing Graphic Design. And my daughter Sophia (12th grade) and my son Jacob (11th grade) currently attend Council Rock High School South. We all live in Holland with our two dogs, Winnie and Ramsey, and our Bearded Dragon and Leopard Gecko, Olive and Skipper.
I graduated from Eastern University with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education. I graduated from the University of West Florida with my Master’s in Exceptional Student Education with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and work with children in their homes after school as a BCBA.
I have been a part of the Autistic Support program in Council Rock for several years and absolutely love teaching in the classroom. I have worked with students with autism spectrum disorder from the Early Intervention age up to 11th grade.
